Where do you ship? We currently ship Australia-wide.

How much is shipping? Flat rate $9, or free for orders over $120.

How long will my order take? Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Returns

Can I return my order? Due to the nature of skincare, we only accept returns for unopened products or if your order arrives faulty/damaged. Please contact us within 14 days.

Do you offer refunds? Yes, for faulty/damaged items. Change-of-mind returns must be unopened and unused.

Routines

How do I know which bundle is right for me? Choose the bundle that matches your main skin goal: Glow, Acne Rescue, or Pigmentation Corrector. Or try our quiz to find your match.

Do I need to use all products together? For best results, yes. We’ve curated each bundle as a simple routine. But you can also add individual steps into your current routine.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our bundles are curated with gentle yet effective formulas. If you have very sensitive skin, patch test before use.
